About Me

Jennifer Carstensen: I lead one of the top teams in Memphis, and we are also ranked in the top 1% of all agents in Memphis. We sold 240 houses for $45M in 2019 and 194 houses for $44M in 2020- the year of the pandemic. This year we are about to sell over 200 houses for over $50M! We’ve earned the “expert” title and wear it proudly. Considering the average agent in Memphis sells 5-7 homes a year, I’d say we’ve earned the “expert” title, and we wear that title proudly!
